This is a FREE Anti Black Friday workshop organized by the local Greenpeace Volunteer Group where you can learn how to
Make your own Holiday presents (or something for yourself!)

We will have different stations where you can learn how to make different things, the idea is that you will leave with a finished present.

These include:
baby pants made out of second hand cashmere sweaters
colourful cotton bags to be used for shopping bulk items such as pasta, lentils, nuts, etc
Wax wraps made out of cotton cloth and bees wax
… and more to be announced!

Most materials will be provided, except probably the second hand cashmere sweaters which you can find in thrift shops.

We will also have a children’s art table where children will be decorating big swaths of packing paper that you can then use as wrapping paper!

There will also be a Clothing Swap!

We have a stage at the venue so we are looking into a little music accompaniment / open mike..
