Join us for our Fashion Revolution and MAKE SMTHNG – DIY kimono event!
You will create and decorate your own kimono, and in the process, learn about repair, upcycling, and creating a sustainable wardrobe.

This event is a part of the MAKE SMTHNG WEEK 2019:
MAKE SMTHNG is an international series of fun, hands-on events that empowers people by helping them improve their skills or by teaching them new ones – how to fix, upcycle and create special and unique things. It’s a chance to challenge consumerism and its impact on the climate.

The flagship event, MAKE SMTHNG Week, coincides with Black Friday and the start of the Christmas shopping season and hacks a mega-moment for consumerism.

For this MAKE SMTHNG WEEK, please join Fashion Revolution Denmark for our first ever kimono workshop!
The event will take place in the beautiful workshop of FOF Denmark in Copenhagen. We will bring patterns and some tools, and we will guide you through the whole process, so that you can bring your own kimono home with you, suited to your style and made by you!

Please bring the tools that you have (like scissors) and your own fabric, scraps or new, to work with. Kimonos take up quite a bit of fabric, so bring what you can.

But most importantly, bring a Fashion Revolution attitude!
